IRREGULARITIES:

In the marvellous process of hand block printing, variations in colour and print are likely to occur as a result of human involvement. This makes each creation unique and one’s experience of possessing them, even more wholesome.

Bleeding of a little colour is natural for the first few washes due to the process of hand block printing.

Actual colours may vary slightly from the picture.

Returns/Refund

We accept exchange or returns ONLY if you've received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Jaipurdremial.in.

As part of our return policy, we kindly ask that customers provide an unboxing video when requesting a return or exchange for their purchased item. This video helps us understand the damages if any caused during transit or packaging and act accordingly.

In case you receive a damaged delivery, please capture an image, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately with the photo.

Please email us a photo of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of receiving your order on Helojaipurdremial@gmail.com.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, please connect for the return address.

Once item is received, it will go through verification process before a refund is issued.

We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.
